To change between Contact Profiles in the KT Connect parent app, follow the below steps:
- Open the KT Connect app, and log in if needed
- Select the hamburger menu in the top left hand corner
- Select Settings
- Select Login User
- Select the correct Contact Profile you are wanting to log in as.
The app shows which Contact Profile you are currently logged in as, as well as any other Contact Profiles with the same phone number and/or email address.
Once you have changed to the correct Contact Profile, your app will refresh and you will be logged in to the KT Connect app as your correct Contact Profile.
