CRN Validation
If a CRN is entered while creating a new account, KT will see if the CRN matches to any Contact or Child Profiles already in the system. If a match is found, the CRN box will error and display 'CRN is already associated with contact ____'. You are then able to click on the Child or Contact Profile name and view the profile.
Child Health and Wellness Report
The Child Health and Wellness Report now includes the immunisation status of children whose immunisation details have been recorded in KT. The report displays the expiration of the immunisation status and a review date. The Child Health and Wellness Report can be found within the Reporting screen.
New Features
Casual Booking
You can now manage casual bookings at your Centre within Kangarootime. Parents will be able to make casual bookings at your centre through the KT Connect App.
You will need to set rules within your centre in order for parents to manage casual bookings through the KT Connect App. The casual booking rules can be managed from the Attendance Settings Screen, on the Booking Rules Tab. The Managing your Casual Bookings article will help you to set up and manage casual bookings within your centre.
