Fixes
The Point of Care app has been updated to v1.1.20, and is now available for update in both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. This update includes improved messaging if the network connection is lost while checking a child in or out, and has fixed the issue where children are auto checked out in certain situations.
Improvements
The two CCS reports located within the Subsidies Tracking tab have been renamed for easier distinction. The CCS Payments Report has been renamed to the CCS Session Entitlements Report. Similarly, the CCS Payment Remittance Report has been renamed to the CCS Payments Report. You will find all the relevant information regarding CCS Entitlements and Payments for your children's sessions in each report respectively.
We have added a new error message when entering CRN details for a new child. When a new child is added in Kangarootime, you will now be presented with the following errors if the CRN is already in use.
New Features
We are so excited to be able to release our new Messaging feature in Kangarootime! This feature will enable you to send out blast announcements to all accounts within your service, as well as being able to message with individual accounts. Your families will then receive these messages through their KT Connect app, and be able to message your centre back if it is an individual account message. For more detail on the messaging feature in Kangarootime, please refer to this article: Messaging through Kangarootime.
