When an employee needs to change their email address there are two places that this action can be completed.
Employer changes the employee's email address
1. Once logged into KT, select the Employees Profiles page from the menu
2. Select the appropriate employee
3. Once on their profile, select Need to change this user's email?
4. Enter the new email address then Save Changes
An email will be sent to their OLD email address: Request to Change your Kangarootime email
To confirm the new email change, the employee must access their email
1. Select the Click here option in the email which will take them to the KT login page
2. Log in using their new email address and existing password
3. Select the Click here link in the blue ribbon of KT
A final email will be sent to their NEW email address: Verify your Kangarootime email
To verify the new email, the employee must
1. Select the Verify button in the email which will take them to the KT login page
2. Log in using their new email address and existing password
They should see an 'Email verified successfully' message display in the top right of the screen.
Employee changes their own email address
1. The Employee should login to KT using their account details
2. Select View Profile in the top right corner of KT under their avatar
3. Once on their profile, select Change Email
4. Enter the new email address then Save Changes
5. Log out of KT
An email will be sent to their OLD email address: Request to Change your Kangarootime email
To confirm the new email change
1. Select the Click here option in the email which will take them to the KT login page
2. Log in using their new email address and existing password
3. Select the Click here link in the blue ribbon of KT
