Updates to Billing Accounts screen

Previously the Accounts screen under the Billing menu was used to surface the different account Gap amounts for the week.  This screen now provides a collective view of an accounts billing cycle frequency and the date and amount of their next payment.

Manual Payments Date of Processing

When a manual payment is created for a future date, that future processing date will now display rather than the date the payment was created.

New feature

Attendance History Controls

Many businesses like to set some boundaries for how far back in the past attendances can be edited.  This release introduces a feature that allows you to set that locked period as well as provide a staff member with a 24 hour period of time to resolve issues outside of that timeframe.

Direct Debit Authorisation

The connection is now complete between our KT Connect parent app and Kangarootime.  When you setup a new family's payment method their Direct debit will be enabled.

If you have an existing family, you can click on the Direct debit box to complete the selection of the appropriate account funds should be drawn from for a family.
