Kiosk is a reliable app, but if you find it isn't working the way you expect it on a particular day, the following information is helpful to troubleshoot and narrow in on the reason this issue may be occurring.
First things to try on your device:
- Check the Internet connection is active
- Force close the Kiosk
- Logout of the Kiosk then log back in (via Settings on the Centre select page)
- Uninstall and reinstall the Kiosk app
If these things do not solve the issue, grab the following details and contact the KT Customer success team.
What is the issue?
- Continuous loading
- Unexpected error
- Not accepting employee login or parent login data
At what point of the Kiosk process is the issue occurring?
- Employee Sign in
- From Centre select
- Parent Sign in
What version of Kiosk is the user on?
If you are able to successfully login before the issue occurs, what is the employee username?
