If the Kiosk app is stuck on the splash screen then, then the app data and cache needs to be cleared. Once the data has been cleared then the app should work. If not, please clear the data and cache again, and uninstall/reinstall the app.
How to clear app data/cache
- Go to your Settings and in the Apps section, find the app you want to delete. This can also be done by searching for the app name in the search bar. Click on the result.
- Select the Storage and Cache setting

Clear BOTH the storage/data and the cache
NOTE: the button might also be called clear data on some devices. Just ensure that you click both clear ___ buttons that are on this screen.
