This article will help you with creating and manage IS Case Claims. Note: Before you can submit an IS case claim you need to ensure you have entered your CCMS Approval details.

Creating an IS case claim
Navigate to Subsidies on the menu, then select IS Cases from the drop down options.
Select the Summary tab
Select the drop down arrow on the case you want to create a claim for and select Create Claim
You will be prompted to enter
- Payment Type
- Week Ending
- Children
- Amount of F2F Hours
- Amount of Non-F2F Hours
- Educators
- Amount of hours per educator
If a child is absent for any day and there are Allowable tolerance hours available to use the Add Tolerance Day option is available to swap a day from an approved one to a non approved one that the child attended.
Ensure that you tick the declaration box
Select Submit
IS Claim management from the Case Claims screen
You can monitor the status of all IS claims from the Case Claims screen, as well as viewing the details of the claim.
To Cancel a claim, select the case from the list and use Cancel Case Claim.
Payments and Messages
A history of IS payments and messages can be viewed in the final two tabs of the IS Cases screen: Payments and Messages.
IS Innovative Solutions
This tab displays the IS Innovative Solutions funding for centres.
