Reactivating a Ceased CCS Enrolment

If you find yourself needing to reactivate a child's Ceased CCS Enrolment, follow the steps below.

 

Reactivating a Ceased CCS Enrolment

Go to Families and select the individual family account.

Move to the CCS tab on their account profile and view the CCS Enrolment with the Ceased status.

 

Use the dropdown arrow next to the Ceased status on the enrolment, then select the three dots that are in the top right hand corner of the selected CCS Enrolment. Select Edit

 

Edit the start date to the Monday of the week the child is beginning back at the centre.  Select Continue to submit the new occurrence of the enrolment. Please note: you will not be able to enter a future date, it will need to be today's date or a past date. 

 

The status of the enrolment will be updated to Received and the parent can go into their Centrelink account to confirm it and receive their entitlements into the system.
