For reporting, children who meet funding eligibility requirements will need to be added to the appropriate Kindergarten program that you create.
To get started, read through: Creating a Start Strong (NSW Kindergarten) Program.
TABLE OF CONTENTS
Adding a child to the Program
Go to the Families area of the menu and select the account profile for the Kindy child.
Select the Agency tab, then + Create
Enter the program details for the child or children.
Account to be Paid
Select the Account to be paid. This is an indicator only, if the child is not eligible for Fee Relief they will not receive any payments.
Est last paid date
Only use this option if the family has received Fee Relief at another centre for the week. This will prevent payment until the next week.
Note: If you have more than one child on the account eligible for the Fee Relief, but only one received a payment last quarter, you will need to create two separate Program details.
If you do not have any Information to enter for the child, select Save.

Adding a child to an Inactive program
If the program has ended and has an 'Inactive' status this will mean the program is completed for that period.
If this is the case, you need to re-activate the program by adding an Ends On date in the future. This will then allow you to go back into the Family Account and add the child through the Agency Tab (See Step 1).
The program details will open and you need to alter the Ends On date to a date that is after the date of today and select Save.
Once you have followed Step 1 - adding the child you then need to go back into the Program Schedule and alter the 'Ends On' date back to what it was eg. Was 10/12/21, changed to 31/12/21, change back to 10/12/21.
