New releases galore: CCS Enrolment Report, Transition Statements for QLD Kindy Acquittals and Lead Management Notes!

 Fixes 

The KT Connect app has been updated to v2.7.7, and is now available for update in both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store for parents at your centre. This update includes an improvement which gives users the ability to zoom in on photos within the app using pinch gestures, as well as bug fixes. 

The KT Workforce Connect app has been updated to v1.1.16, and is now available for update in both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store for employees at your centre. This update includes miscellaneous bug fixes.

 Improvements

Lead Management Notes are now available on enquiries within the Lead Management screen! Lead Managment Notes will assist with keeping track of communications or any unique or important information about a family as their inquiry progresses through your lead or re-enrollment pipeline. Notes can be added, edited or deleted at any time by permitted staff.

 New Features

Introducing our new CCS Enrolment Report! With the release of the CCS Enrolment report, centres now have an overview of the children's CCS enrolment details in the one place. Visit Subsidies then CCS Enrolments in the menu to run the report. You will find the child, contact and status information for their enrolments. For more information on this report, please see the CCS Enrolment Report article. 

We also have just released the Transition Statement total tracking for QLD Kindergarten Acquittals! Each year, Period 4 Acquittal submission requires a total of transition statements sent for each child through the QCAA portal. The Transition Statement tab allows you to save these totals into Kangarootime as you are sending them. You can preview the totals you have entered on the Run Acquittal report preview and will also be warned when preparing the acquittal if you have not entered totals for the children. You will be blocked from submitting your acquittal by the government if this task is incomplete.
