View Progress of Enrolment Forms sent via Form Update Requests

Within Kangarootime, you are able to view the progress of child's enrolment form for enrolment forms sent via the re-enrolment or the Update Form process! This means you can view where a parent is up to in the completion of their child's enrolment form, in the same manor as on the Lead Management screen. 

To view this, navigate to Enrolment in the menu, and select Management from the drop down options.

Select the Families tab, and then the History tab.

Drop down on the enquiry you are wanting to view the progress for by selecting the arrow on the right hand side, and select View Form. The enrolment form for the selected account will open in a new tab on your browser, and you will be able to view where the parent is up to in the completion of the enrolment form.
Note: The View Form button will only be available once the parent has opened the enrolment form, and the Status of the request is Viewed. Form Update Requests with the Status Sent will not have the View Form button available.
