This feature is a fantastic way to communicate with your colleagues to keep up with notes from parents around account management and their children.

Permissions
To assign permissions for who can view and interact with notes. Go to Settings in the left menu and select Roles & Permissions. Select the individual roles and under People, go to the Family Account Internal Notes option.
Read only - the employee can view the Internal Notes tab but cannot edit/archive
Edit - the employee can view existing notes and add comments to a thread
Create - the employee can add new notes and add comments to existing threads
Delete - the employee can add and edit threads as well as Archive them
Adding Notes to an Account
Go to the individual family account and select the Internal Notes tab.
Use the + Add Note Thread button to get started.
Give the note thread a Title.
You can choose a Type from a pre selected list of areas.

- Conflict
- Concern
- Development
- Education
- Behaviour
- Attendance
- Billing
Choose the contact or child the notes are associated with and add your note. Select Save.
You will then be able view and add to the note on the main page.
View Note Thread
Select the '... ' action dots on the right and select View note thread.
Enter your comment at the bottom and choose Post Comment. You will then view the comment beneath the original note. The newest notes on the thread will be presented above any previous comments.
Archive Note Thread
If you would like to remove a note thread, select the '... ' dots on the right and select Archive Note Thread. You will be asked to confirm you want to archive the note as this cannot be returned to the account.
Select Confirm to archive the thread.
