To update a child's class contract, go to the individual Account profile and select the Contracts tab. Ensure you are looking at the correct child's contract and then select Update Contract.

There are three actions that you can take with updating an existing class contract for a child:
Creating a new contract and ending an existing one
Is the child moving rooms or changing their scheduled days?
Select Update Contract and use the first option: I am creating a new contract and ending an existing one.
Add the end date of the existing contract and then choose the reason it is ending: Changing Rooms or Change of Contract.
Note: If you are a centre that forward charges your accounts and this contract change falls within a charged period, the child is automatically removed from their old class but you will need to go to Attendance and charge the child in their new class for that week/s.
Example - If automatic charges are processed on 12/12/21 and the contract was edited on 13/12/21, all future charges after 12/12/21 will be automatically removed. You will need to manually go into the attendance for the child and add charges to dates 13/12/21 onwards depending on your billing setup will depend on how far in advance you need to manually charge.
Ending the existing contract with no replacements
Is the child headed off to school or leaving the centre?
Select Update Contract and select the second option: I am ending the existing contract with no replacements.
Add the end date (Sunday of the end week) of the existing contract and then choose the reason it is ending: Leaving Centre or Temporary Enrolment.
Editing the existing contract
Did you make a mistake on the contract you just created?
Select Update Contract and select the third option: I am editing the existing contract. Select Continue and edit the incorrect details.
Note: We suggest the first option when there is an update to a child's schedule rather than editing, to maintain a clear reflection of the child's attendance at the service.
Deleting an existing contract
Have you created a future booking you no longer require?
Select Update Contract and select the fourth option: I am deleting the existing contract. Select Continue and confirm that you want to delete this contract.
Note: A contract that has any sessions against it cannot be deleted.
