The Weekly Payroll Report allows you to access worked hours, leave hours and total paid hours for employees at your centre for the period you choose.

Building the report
To locate the report select Analytics from the main menu, then select Exports from the drop down options.
Scroll to the Weekly Payroll Report, select Run Export.
You will be presented with a pop up box that recommends that the Time Logs are locked prior to running the report to prevent any discrepancies or time long changes. If you do want to lock the time logs, select Manage time log locks, otherwise select Proceed to Report.
Complete the details in the drop down menu - Centre and Start/End Date.
Select Run Export.
The report will download to your computer as an Excel spreadsheet. The information that shows in each column is as follows:
- Start of Week
- End of Week
- Centre Name
- Staff Last Name
- Staff First Name
- Employment Status
- Days of the Week
- Position
- Training (hrs)
- Holiday (hrs)
- Total Worked (hrs)
- Paid Time Off (hrs)
- Unpaid Time Off (hrs)
- Total Paid (hrs)
This can be used to enter data into your payroll system.
